We are looking for a senior profile Onboard Manager with excellent knowledge in HR. You are the go-to person for all employee-related matters that occur while our people are onboard at TriFinance.
As the Onboard Manager, your focus will be on fine tuning and standardizing Onboard processes and operations (such as onboarding, mentoring, learning & development, appraisal and salary review etc.) across the company, while working to shape and strengthening the Furthering of our people.
As process owner you are managing all onboard processes for employees, ensuring they always have access to the right tools and information for Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany.
You have a knack for details and a love for order - you will make sure that all business units are aligned. You like working in a fast pace environment and achieving fast results - you like the rush of multitasking and keep yourself ahead of the game to make sure everything gets done on time.
You support decision making by providing data, metric reports and analysis to Senior Management. You also support in the budget process for all Onboard related matters;
You manage various HR projects and look after the implementation of the action plans within the organization.
As a trusted advisor to the business you define the needs / requirements and coach HR leads and business leaders in implementing changes.
You will facilitate knowledge sharing and social connectedness by creating and coordinating supportive Peer Group Programs.
You are capable to advice your stakeholders about social & legal aspects of personnel management.
You are able to motivate the team through your positive attitude by leveraging your experience.

Master Degree in HR and / or Business;
Min 6-8 years’ of HR experience in a similar role with proven working experience as HR Manager, preferably in an international environment;
Solid understanding of the Belgium Labor Law/Regulation and best practices
Proven ability to multi-task and result-driven in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch AND English (French is an advantage)
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Willingness to travel.
