For its relatively new expert practice Procurement & Supply chain, CFO Services is currently looking for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will develop a portfolio of clients and maintain existing client relationships, offering advisory solutions and expert support with a focus on procurement & supply chain. (S)he will act as a liaison between the Procurement & Supply Chain expert practice, the project consultants and our clients.
More precisely, you will:
- develop a dynamic approach to attract new clients
boost the relationship with existing clients by introducing our expert practice procurement & supply chain and present pragmatic advisory solutions
listen to and understand the needs of our (new) clients and develop high-quality long-term partnerships
develop in-depth knowledge of the skills of the CFO Services consultants, in order to detect market opportunities and present our consultants to companies that match their ambitions
take part in networking activities and expand your network, more specifically within procurement & supply chain
contribute to the growth of the Procurement & Supply Chain expert practice by supporting various initiatives and activities (recruitment of new consultants, content development, events, internal/external communication, internal projects, etc.)
As a Business Development Manager, you:
have at least 4 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development, in a Service or Consultancy environment
have an entrepreneurial mindset. Your challenge and goal are to develop your own client portfolio
have strong commercial skills and are customer-oriented while having strong communication and persuasion skills
are a real team player while showing personal drive, autonomy, and a hands-on attitude
quickly understand the business of our clients and their challenges
are a true networker
are able to capture our customers’ needs and requirements
are a real problem solver, who is able to deal with change
are stress-resistant and very flexible
are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good knowledge of French
are willing to work on several locations and in different regions in Belgium and abroad
