Position

For a big multinational, active in 15 countries, we are looking for a financial business administrator. Headquarters of finance is situated in Lier. 

As financial business administrator, you will be responsible for all financial administrative activities and for the follow-up of engine deals, from closing of engine deal till acceptance of engine by the customer. That's why you will work closely together with all teams involved, such as sales, collections, logistics, accounting, controlling...

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:  

Follow-up of new engine deals:

  • Follow-up of the financial administration flow 
  • Coordination of actions within process flow (from agreement approval until billing) 
  • Update of opportunities in Salesforce
  • Administration and coordination with order desk and logistics
  • Administration and coordination with accounting 

- Billing instructions

  • Invoice creation upon sales agreement signature
  • Sending of invoices to customers
  • Transfer of invoicing information towards collections department
  • Communication towards group entities (Xeikon Americas, Xeikon Japan, Flint Entities)

- Weekly/monthly meetings with other departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with financial orientation
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Experience in working with SAP and MS Office tools. Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
  • Good oral and written knowledge of Dutch and English. Other languages are an asset
  • You are a hands-on teamplayer and a multi-tasker
  • You are solution-oriented and eager to learn
  • You work in a structured way enabling you to meet deadlines
  • You have good communicative and administrative skills
